A team of doctors from the Department of Cardiothoracic  Surgery, headed by Dr. Amr Alama , head of the department has succeed in saving the life of patient aged  27 year old was suffering from a severe dilation of the ascending aorta, putting his life in danger so the surgical team  replace the aortic artery and aortic valve with a valve for industrial and stability of  the patient condition and now he is in a good health, and is worth mentioning that this operation is the first of its kind in Menoufia governorate .
