Dr. Hazem Saleh, Vice President of the University for Graduate Studies and Research, began his speech by welcoming the attendees. His Excellency stressed the support of the university administration, headed by His Excellency Professor Dr. Ahmed Faraj Al-Qasid, full support for all incoming students and the keenness to provide them with all services and facilities at the university level. His Excellency also stressed the necessity of coordination and facilitation. On foreign students because of the common gains, development of relationships, and achievement of academic success. For his part, Dr. Mohammed Fahmy Al-Nomany, Dean of the College and Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals, welcomed the attendees and stressed the need to provide all support to incoming students with what is available in the institutional framework.
