Prof. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, mourns the victims of the regional road accident that occurred yesterday in front of a village in the governorate, resulting in the deaths of 19 girls, including Shaimaa Abdel Hamid, a first-year student at the Faculty of Engineering, and Shaimaa Mahmoud Khalil, a second-year student in the Persian Language Department at the Faculty of Arts, who both passed away as a result of this painful accident. He prays to God Almighty to have mercy on them all, to grant them eternal peace in Heaven, to inspire their families with patience and solace, and to grant a speedy recovery to the injured.

The university president expressed his deep sorrow over the tragic accident and offered his sincere condolences to the families of the victims. He emphasized the university's readiness to provide all psychological and social support to the families of the victims, calling on everyone to unite and pray for mercy for the victims and patience for their families. He also asked God to protect Egypt's students and youth from all harm.
