Dr. Ahmed El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, received Major Abdel Rahim Sabry, Head of the Menoufia Recruitment and Mobilization Department, and First Assistant Mohamed Abdel-Mardy, Head of the Military Liaison Office at Menoufia University, to discuss aspects of joint cooperation. The meeting also included extending thanks from the Recruitment Department to the University President for hosting the wonderful celebration for people of determination in Menoufia Governorate. During the event, exemption certificates from military service were distributed to recruits with disabilities. This honoring comes within the framework of ongoing cooperation between the Recruitment Department and universities to facilitate recruitment procedures for youth with special needs, reaffirming the Egyptian state's concern for them.

Dr. Ahmed El-Kased pointed out that under President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the Egyptian state has achieved numerous victories in favor of people of determination. These include launching several presidential initiatives to support and empower them, and declaring 2018 as the "Year of People of Determination" in Egypt—a great humanitarian step that affirms the state’s care for this group and its keenness to integrate them into society.

Dr. El-Kased also stressed that Menoufia University is always pleased with fruitful and constructive cooperation with the Recruitment and Mobilization Department, and is keen to participate in its celebrations. This comes in implementation of the directives of the political leadership and the General Command of the Armed Forces to provide all means of support for people of determination and their families. He praised the efforts of the Armed Forces in all fields.

Major Abdel Rahim Sabry also praised the excellent organization and the university’s support in ensuring the celebration reflected the honor due to these young people who overcame challenges with willpower and determination to achieve their dreams, extending his thanks to the President of Menoufia University.
