2021 in the administrative building of the university farm in the village of Al-Raheb headed by Dr. Adel Mubarak, President of the University and in the presence of the members of the Council, Vice President of the University Dr. Ahmed Al-Qasid for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Dr. Nancy Asaad for Education and Students, Dr. Abdel-Rahman Al-Bagouri for Community Service and Environmental Development, Accountant Akram Abdel Dayem, Secretary General of the University, and the deans of the colleges. He apologized for not attending. Members of the Council from abroad, Dr. Ahmed Zaki Badr, former Minister of Local Development, and Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia.
