The Faculty of Home Economics, Menoufia University, was keen to implement the training program for students of Arab universities within the student exchange program between Menoufia University and each of Al-Saeed University in Yemen and Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, within the framework of the directives and patronage of His Excellency the President of the University, Mr. University President for Community Service and Environmental Development Prof. Dr. Sobhi Sharaf and Professor Dr. Nancy Asaad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs ..... Under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Essam Abdel Hafez, Acting Dean of the College, and with the concerted efforts of the Head of the Clothing and Textile Department, Prof. Dr. Islam Abdel Moneim, the Head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences, Prof. Dr. Khaled Shaheen, as well as members of the teaching staff and the supporting staff in each scientific department, and the participants in activating the program in a distinctive way.
