Dr. Ahmed Gamal , chairman of the Central Administration for university hospitals and former Dean of Faculty of Medicine, emphasized  that the work is running now for the completion of expansions of the university hospitals, and added that the university is about to complete of the heightening of Oncology Hospital by adding two floors to the center in order to accommodate the growing numbers of patients in addition to improve the medical service provided to them through modern, integrated medical system he also added that work is running now to expand emergency hospital by adding another floor and establishing 12 operations room serving all sections of specialized and general surgery and emergency to be completed and delivered during the current year.

  It is worth to note that the University  began last month in the establishment of the new building of outpatient clinics on  2300 square meters include  ground floor and 6 floors include 26 specialty clinics to provide medical examination and follow-up patients in all medical specialties in addition to the disciplines of per day such as medical treatment chemical operations per day in surgery and ophthalmology The building will also include the units of lithotripsy and phototherapy and laser and the Department of Dermatology in addition to clinical education rooms and floor dedicated to  the Faculty of Applied health Sciences, which will be created in the next phase and the building is expected to be delivered next year
