The General Administration of Cultural Relations, the Department of Agreements and Conferences, announces in accordance with what was reported to it in the letter of the Supreme Council of Universities regarding the recommendation of our ambassador to the State of the Philippines to enhance cooperation between the University of the Philippines and its counterparts from Egyptian universities, and also to enhance the exchange of professors, encourage student exchange, and organize scientific conferences, in addition to cooperation in the field of Scientific research between the University of the Philippines and Egyptian universities
