The College accepts students who have obtained a high school diploma, Mathematics Division, or its equivalent, in accordance with the conditions of the admission rules determined by the Coordination Office every year in accordance with the decisions of the Supreme Council of Universities Examination system The transfer exams and the bachelor’s exams are held at the end of each semester in the courses that the student studied in his group. The duration of the written examination is three hours. The results of each semester are announced separately, and the annual general estimate for the two semesters is made together at the end of each academic year. ** The student's success in the courses and in the general estimate is estimated by one of the following estimates: Excellent 85% or more of the total scores Very good, from 75% to less than 85% of the total score Good, from 65% to less than 75% of the total scores Acceptable from 50% to less than 65% of the total score ** As for the student's failure, it is estimated by one of the following two estimates: Poor from 30% to less than 50% of the total score Very poor, less than 30% of the total score ** Stop the restriction The College Council may suspend the student’s enrollment for a period of two academic years during the years of study in the college if he presents an acceptable excuse that prevents him from attending the study. Delay in the acceptance or arrival of students' files ** Graduation Project Fourth year students prepare a bachelor’s project, and the relevant departments ’boards are set up, and an additional period is allocated to it after the written exam, which is determined by the college’s council based on the suggestion of the relevant department boards. ** Student discipline system Students registered and licensed to take examinations from abroad are subject to the following disciplinary system: A disciplinary violation is every violation of laws, regulations and university traditions, especially: (1) Actions violating the college system or university facilities. (2) Suspension of, or instigation of, the study, or the deliberate abstention from attending lessons, lectures, and other university work that the regulations stipulate for their attendance. (3) Every act that is incompatible with honor and dignity, or breaches good conduct and behavior inside or outside the university. (4) Every breach of the examination system or the necessary lull in it, and every cheating or attempted examination. (5) Any destruction or waste of installations, equipment, materials, or university books. (6) Any organization of groups within the university or participation in it without prior authorization from the competent university authorities. (7) Distributing leaflets or issuing wall papers in any form in colleges or collecting signatures without prior authorization from the relevant university authorities. (8) Sit inside university buildings or take part in demonstrations contrary to public order or morals. Likewise, every student who commits fraud in an exam or attempted it and is caught in a state of flagrante delicto is taken out by the dean or whoever represents him from the examination committee and is prohibited from entering the exam in the rest of the subjects. In the other cases, the examination is invalidated by a decision of the Disciplinary Board or the College Board, and it results in the invalidation of the academic degree if it was granted to the student before the fraud is detected. ** Disciplinary penalties are: (1) Warning verbally or in writing. (2) Warning. (3) Deprivation of some student services. (4) Deprivation of attending the lessons of one of the courses for a period not exceeding one month. (5) Dismissal from the college for a period not exceeding one month. (6) Deprivation from exams in one or more courses. (7) Suspending the student's registration for a master's or doctoral degree for a period not exceeding two months or for a semester. (8) Canceling the student's examination in one or more courses. (9) Dismissal from the college for a period not exceeding one semester. (10) Deprivation from the examination in one or more semesters. (11) Depriving the student from registering for a master’s or doctorate for one or more semesters. (12) Dismissal from the college for a period not exceeding one semester. (13) Final dismissal from the university, and the dismissal decision is notified to other universities. As a result, the student is not eligible to register or sit for the exam in the universities of the Arab Republic of Egypt. It is permissible to order the decision to announce the disciplinary penalty within the college, and the decision must be communicated to the student’s guardian. Decisions issued for disciplinary penalties, except for verbal warning, are kept in the student’s file. The University Council may reconsider the decision issued for the final dismissal after the lapse of at least three years from the date of the decision.
