As part of the University's continuous field monitoring efforts to enhance medical and service facilities, Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, conducted an inspection tour of the Emergency Pharmacy located within the University's Medical Complex. The visit aimed to monitor the workflow and assess the quality of pharmaceutical services provided to patients and visitors of the University Hospitals.
The University President was accompanied during the tour by Prof. Sobhy Sharaf, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development.
During the visit, Prof. El-Kased reviewed the operations of the Emergency Pharmacy and ensured the efficiency of the pharmaceutical system and medication dispensing procedures, which contribute to meeting the needs of faculty members, students, employees, and visitors to the University's various medical units in a timely manner. He emphasized the vital role played by the pharmacy in supporting the healthcare system within the University campus.
The University President also extended his Eid Al-Adha greetings to the pharmacists, staff members, and visitors at the pharmacy.
Prof. El-Kased stressed the importance of continuously enhancing pharmaceutical services and ensuring the regular availability of medications, while maintaining discipline and efficiency within the work system. He noted that these efforts contribute to improving the quality of services provided to patients and visitors of the University Hospitals and support the University's plans for developing the medical and service sectors.
The University President affirmed that Menoufia University places the development of medical and pharmaceutical services among its top priorities through the continuous monitoring of all healthcare facilities and the provision of the necessary support to ensure comprehensive healthcare services. He added that these efforts reflect the University's distinguished status and its role in serving the community and improving the quality of healthcare throughout the governorate.
