Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased, President of Menoufia University, accompanied by members of the committee formed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, conducted an inspection tour of Menoufia National Technological University to follow up on its readiness, educational and administrative facilities, and equipment, and to assess the fulfillment of the requirements necessary for the commencement of studies in accordance with approved standards and regulations.

The committee included Dr. Ibrahim El-Qurash, Professor of Civil Engineering at Suez Canal University; Dr. Ibrahim Helal, Professor of Electric Power Systems at Ain Shams University; and Dr. Samir El-Demerdash, Professor of Automotive Mechanics at Capital University.

The President of the University was accompanied during the tour by Dr. Mohamed Zidan, Supervisor of the Education and Student Affairs Sector; Dr. Alaa El-Khouly, former President of Delta Technological University and Professor at the Faculty of Engineering; and Dr. Hatem Mohamed, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information and Supervisor of the preparations for Menoufia National Technological University.

The tour included an inspection of lecture halls, classrooms, laboratories, workshops, facilities, and various services. The President of the University and committee members reviewed the level of readiness and received a detailed briefing on the available facilities and operational plans, as well as the measures taken to ensure the provision of an advanced educational environment that integrates academic study with practical and applied training.

Prof. Ahmed Farag El-Kased emphasized that the establishment of Menoufia National Technological University comes within the framework of the Egyptian state's efforts to expand technological education pathways and align educational outcomes with labor market needs. He noted that the university aims to prepare graduates equipped with specialized technological skills and capable of competing in local, regional, and international labor markets.

The President of the University explained that the National Technological University represents an important addition to the educational system in Menoufia Governorate, offering modern technological programs and specializations that keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution and rapid developments in technology, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. He stressed the university's commitment to providing advanced educational infrastructure, laboratories, and workshops equipped to support students' practical and applied training.

He pointed out that preparations for the university are progressing according to an integrated plan aimed at providing all the necessary components for the educational process, including classrooms, laboratories, and workshops, as well as infrastructure and student services, ultimately creating an integrated technological educational environment that enables students to acquire practical experience alongside academic knowledge.

Menoufia National Technological University offers a number of technological programs and specializations designed to meet the needs of productive, industrial, and service sectors, providing students with specialized educational opportunities in fields witnessing growing demand for qualified professionals.

The academic programs integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications, with a focus on developing students' professional and technological skills, thereby qualifying them to work in industry, communications and information technology, smart systems, and other fields associated with the modern economy.

Prof. Ahmed El-Kased also directed that field follow-up of the preparation works and the enhancement of educational facilities and resources should continue to ensure the university's readiness to welcome students and provide distinguished technological education from the first day of study.
